Accomplishments

"...Our big day was September 18th, 2021, and it was flawless. I highly recommend her and will do my best to summarize why: 1: Bethany planned exactly the wedding we wanted, within our budget, with little to no stress on our part. She essentially took my Pinterest wedding dreams and found vendors who could make them come true. She negotiated their contracts, managed all appointment setup, from initial meetings to setting up on the big day, to taking down late into the night. When we couldn't find the venue of our dreams in Illinois, she found the perfect venue in Colorado Springs, and planned basically the entire thing remotely. You'd never know. 2: In addition to working tirelessly as an event planner, Bethany was at times a therapist and a mediator between me, my family, and my husband's family. She was the objective third party and the voice of reason when we argued about things like budgets and whether to offer coconut shrimp as a passed horderves. She was also there to console me when covid and the resultant travel restrictions altered our plans. 3: Bethany planned and executed the best wedding ever. The day of the wedding, I worried about absolutely nothing. Bethany had every vendor on time and organized, every decoration and detail ready to be photographed and enjoyed. When someone turned to look for something, Bethany was there to lead them to water. She even managed to carve out moments throughout the day and evening for my husband and I to spend alone, take it all in, and truly enjoy ourselves. I've heard so many brides and grooms say that their wedding day flew by, that they hardly got to eat, that they hardly got to enjoy their guests. I enjoyed every moment of my wedding day, night, and after-party. At the end of the event, my cheeks hurt because I had been smiling so much. I hope everyone can have this same experience with Bethany by their side." 

"My husband and I used Bethany services for the day of our wedding. I cannot begin to tell you how amazing her and her team is. If it was not for Bethany, we could never have pulled off our dream wedding. She went above and beyond our expectations. Bethany helped us 6-8 weeks out from our wedding and coordinated timelines with all our of vendors, contacted each and every one of them so they knew when and where they had to be. She had countless phone calls and e-mails to us and vendors to make sure everything was taken care of, found us a monogram for our dance floor literally the week of our wedding without bating an eye, she even managed to tie my husbands bow tie (when not even knowing how to do it herself she still made it happen). She is absolutely incredible and unbelievable at what she does. The stress of having to plan a wedding entirely went away the rehearsal day and wedding day because Bethany took over and handled anything/everything. We highly, highly, highly recommend her and her team if you are looking for a wedding planner/coordinator. She is incomparable and we truly mean that. "Bethany Moore will make your wedding dreams come true! We used Bethany for the Day-of Coordination services for our September wedding. It was such a relief knowing she would think of anything and everything leading up to the final weeks and days of our wedding day. Bethany exceeded our expectations! She coordinated timelines with each one of our vendors and reached out to them personally. They all knew when and where they had to be from the start to the end of the day. "I used Bethany for my wedding in June. She was amazing, and we were so happy to have her! Not only did she meet with us several times leading up to the wedding, including with other vendors, but she made sure everything ran smoothly both at the rehearsal as well as the day of the wedding. She was quick to respond to emails, phone calls, and text messages throughout the process. She had great recommendations from vendors to small details such as where to order votives from in bulk, as well as everything in between. It was also awesome that she was already familiar with many of our vendors due to her prior experience having worked with them in the past. Hannah was with us along the way even though we only hired them for "day-of" it felt like much more. It was AWESOME to be able to hand over all of my vendors/day of worries and responsibilities to her ahead of time and trust that it was all in good hands. Hannah rocked it!! She took care of all of the details exactly as I envisioned, made sure everyone got everything they were supposed to/everything was set up and returned as planned. "We could not have pulled off our New Year's Eve wedding without Bethany on our team!! I selected her via thumbtack, the same day I posted my need for a coordinator. She stood out above everyone who contacted us, and her website was so professional I had to reach out to her. We hired her very late in the wedding planning process, after a last minute venue change was made only a month before the date. This added endless new details that needed to be addressed and a level of stress that I wasn't prepared to handle within weeks of my wedding. Bethany jumped right in only 10 days before the big day and started pulling things together instantly.
