Meet Bethany
Rarely do people have the opportunity to follow their dreams. Bethany has had the aspiration of being a wedding and event planner since she was five years old, when she first saw Father of the Bride. She dreamed she would one day have her own business and plan gorgeous weddings, with outdoor twinkle lights and lots of lace.
More than just wedding planning, Bethany brings 15 years of professional experience to the table. She has an extensive breadth of exposure, having planned all types of events: from black tie galas to outdoor concerts, from university ceremonies to themed parties like graduations and milestone birthdays. Her passion for perfectly orchestrated events and activities instills confidence in her ability to deliver. She has a knack for planning any event with a smile, and a talent for positive results despite any adversity.
Bethany Moore Events was created in 2015 and has been rapidly growing ever since. Bethany loves working with her team of coordinators, vendors and especially her clients - creating one of a kind events that leave lasting memories and friendships.
When she isn’t planning fabulous weddings, Bethany can be found throwing themed parties for her son, traveling the world with her husband, drinking wine, eating macaroons, watching Harry Potter, shopping for Kate Spade supplies and taking a ridiculous amount of photos of her golden retriever, Gus Gus, and two cats Mittens & Cocoa.

Bethany Moore works the absolutely best team of coordinators. These women carry a very important weight on the day of the event, as they must oversee the setup process and handle any emergencies. We highly value using the same coordinators consistently, as they are accustomed to the high standards that Bethany holds for each and every event.
Meet Carly
Other people have hobbies like writing, photography or fitness. Carly’s hobby is weddings. From bingeing Say Yes to The Dress, creating wedding Pinterest boards for her friends to helping brides’ visions become a reality - Carly can’t get enough.
Carly has been working in the field of event planning since 2013 Though, her official start with Bethany Moore Events wasn’t till 2019, the first wedding she coordinated was Bethany’s wedding in 2014. Carly herself was a Bethany Moore bride and wouldn’t have trusted anyone else to get the job done.
Carly works as an accounting assistant for a small company during the day. While both jobs call for attention to detail and organization, Carly enjoys the faster pace and creativity that planning weddings brings.
When Carly isn’t working her day job or thinking about weddings, she enjoys travelling with her husband Mike, spend time with her large extended family and listen to true crime podcast.
